The company's mission is to reduce the stress of the labor compliance of those reporting on federally funded that require the Davis-Bacon Act. Because the requirements tied to those projects can be daunting and often overwhelming, Heather offers her expertise, experience, and leadership to teams so they can confidently manage their projects from day one.
